Alicorn
Ali - winged
corn - horn
Have you seen one? Can you find one?
Some people call them a winged unicorn, but are they really?
Some relate them to Pegasus. Not really.
Pegasus is the mount of the gods, and can fly the same way a bumble bee can.
He flies because the gods wish him too, not by designs.
An Alicorn only resembles a horse, and uses this aspect to hide in a pasture. The wings are not feathered but furred skin covering a strong hollow bone structure. The horn is above the eyes between the ears where the scull is the strongest and when charging it holds it in line with the backbone. Because it needs large amounts of protein for strength, so it can fly, it is omnivorous. It uses its horn, canine teeth and clawed feet to grasp its prey. It also uses its clawed feet to land. Hooves would only cause it to slip and stumble while landing. It's tail while it is on the ground curls lengthwise and because of the long fur appears like a horses tail from a distance, but while in flight it unfurls like a flying squirrel and acts much the same way.
